Boys and Girls Pre K-Grade 5

This camp is for the new wrestler, the novice wrestler and the existing wrestler that just wants to have fun. Participants will learn and apply all aspects of wrestling. Wrestlers will learn the basics of wrestling including stance, take-downs, escapes and pinning combinations. Wrestlers will be prepared for participating in competitions and moving up to the intermediate/advance class. Wrestlers must show proficiency and ability to concentrate and follow instructions during class. Take home strength and conditioning workouts are optional. We will offer the opportunity to wrestle at multiple tournaments primarily on Saturdays and Sundays with an occasional Friday evening tournament. Attending tournaments is optional. The cost of class includes a t-shirt and shorts.
