Poly HockeySpecial OlympicsJoin our BLAST Special Olympics team as we continue to build on last year’s successful debut of Poly Hockey as a competitive sport, participating in SOMN Regional and State competitions. It’s Minnesota’s favorite sport played indoors in a safe and supportive environment! Adults and children ages 12 and above who are comfortable participating alongside adults are welcome to join us. Athletes will be placed with those of similar skills at practices and competitions. All athletes need to have all their state Special Olympics forms current to participate. Required personal equipment, including helmets with full face masks and sticks, will be provided to athletes that need them. Athletes are welcome to bring their own equipment, which may also include gloves, shin guards, elbow pads, knee pads and mouth guards. Bringing a bottle of water to practice is strongly recommended for proper hydration! We also suggest coming to practice dressed for indoor exercise.Winter-Spring 2026 -
