A fixture of every 1970s home, macrame is making a comeback on the contemporary art scene. In this class you will learn a variety of knot-tying techniques you'll combine to create a unique macrame wall hanging you'll be proud to display. All materials are included in this beginner-friendly project.
Staff Caponi Art Park
Caponi Art Park staff are trained and have years of experience teaching art to learners of all ages. Caponi workshops are based on the concept of learning artistic practices and principles through exploration of our natural world. Erin Stahl is a Teaching Artist for Caponi Art Park. Erin earned her BFA in Painting from Drake University and has been a mixed media artist, graphic designer, and community art teacher for 20+ years.
