Two Day Folk Art Workshop: Norwegian Hallingdal Rosemaling

Explore the tradition of Norwegian Folk Art known as Hallingdal Rosemaling. The class is designed for beginning and continuing painters. Stories and history are shared as you follow step-by-step instructions to create your own folk art using acrylic paint.  All supplies are provided, but a supply list is available for students who want to use their own paints and brushes. Wear a paint apron or clothing you can get a little paint on. Adults and students age 13 are welcome to enjoy this fun folk art. For the best experience, please arrive on time.
