Boys and Girls Pre K-Grade 5
Calling all new and novice wrestlers and the wrestler who just wants to have fun. You’ll learn and apply wrestling basics including stance, take-downs, escapes and pinning combinations. Wrestlers are prepared to participate in competitions and to move to the next class level. In order to move to advanced wrestling, wrestlers must show proficiency and ability to concentrate and follow instructions duirng practice time. Stregnth and conditioning is included on Thursdays from 6:00-6:50 pm.
We will offer the opportunity to wrestle at multiple tournaments. Tournaments are primarily on Saturdays and Sundays. An occasional Friday evening tournament may occur. A list of tournaments will be provided. Attending tournaments is optional. 
Cost of class includes t-shirt, shorts, and singlet.
