Boys and Girls Pre K-Grade 5
For the wrestler who wants to grow and compete at a higher level. Wrestlers must show proficiency in certain techniques and abilities which will be judged by coaching staff, as well as demonstrate an ability to concentrate and follow instructions during practice. Wrestlers learn more advanced techniques in all aspects of wrestling and detail oriented instruction. This is a fun class with a more competitive environment. Strength and conditioning workouts on Thursdays are optional. Check with the coaches for additional information.  
Tournaments are primarily on Saturdays and Sundays. An occasional Friday evening tournament may occur. A list of tournaments will be provided. Attending tournaments is optional. Cost of class includes t-shirt, shorts, and singlet.
