Mike has always appreciated paintings and what they represented. After watching Bob Ross on "The Joy of Painting" show for many years, he became interested in wanting to paint landscapes like he saw on television. Mike decided to move forward with this idea, and he became certified in the Bob Ross style of landscape oil painting in 2018. It has since become a passion of his and has been teaching since September 2019. His only regret is that he wishes he would have started earlier.  Mike encourages creativity from his students and enjoys seeing the smiles on their faces when they see their completed work. Meeting people who may have never painted yet see their results with pride is his biggest satisfaction. Mike wants everyone to experience the true joy of painting.
