It's Fiesta Time! Come learn to make a variety of salsas and authentic Mexican appetizers including Salsa Verde, Pico de Gallo, and a Spicy Salsa Roja. We make a Chorizo Cheese Fundido and Guacamole.Then we'll enjoy it all with homemade chips and a Mojito Mocktail! Part demonstration and part hands on. Recipes and dietary substitutions will be included. Tuition includes all food supplies.
