This class is an opportunity for you to refresh your memory about important people, events, or movements that have often been neglected, overlooked, and rarely discussed in American History. Join educator, historian, and speaker Frank Sachs as he relates the history of these six neglected topics from American History.

5. The Cuban Missile Crisis - Thirteen Days the Shook the World
6. Honk and Holler – RBG and the Codification of Equal Constitutional Rights for Women

Frank Sachs

Instructor History/Civics

Instructor Frank Sachs is a lifelong history buff and retired educator. In addition to a 40-year career teaching AP History, Government and Constitutional Law, Mr. Sachs studied at the Supreme Court Institute for Teachers at Georgetown Law School, George Washington at Mount Vernon, and the Founding Fathers at NYU with Richard Brookhiser, the editor of the National Review.
