IGM Gymnastics Boys BeginnerGymnasticsBoys Beginner Gymnastics (Ages 5–12) Our Boys Beginner Gymnastics class is a great place for boys ages 5–12 to build strength, coordination, confidence, and body awareness while learning the fundamentals of gymnastics in a fun and supportive environment. Gymnasts will work on beginner skills using boys gymnastics events and training stations, including floor exercise, vault, rings, parallel bars, high bar, and strength-based activities. Classes focus on developing balance, flexibility, agility, upper body strength, core strength, and safe movement patterns. This class is perfect for boys who are new to gymnastics or have limited experience. Coaches will help each gymnast learn at their own pace while building a strong foundation for future gymnastics, sports, and overall athletic development. No previous gymnastics experience is required.Fall 2026

Students will learn basic gymnastics skills on all Olympic events, including vault, bars, balance beam, and floor exercise, while also building strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, and confidence. Coaches focus on proper technique and safety while helping each gymnast progress at their own pace. IGM Little Twisters Preschool GymnasticsGymnasticsLittle Twisters Preschool Gymnastics (Ages 3–5) Our Little Twisters Preschool Gymnastics class is designed for children ages 3–5 who are ready to participate independently without a parent in the class. This fun and active class helps preschoolers build confidence, coordination, balance, flexibility, strength, and body awareness while learning beginner gymnastics skills in a positive and encouraging environment. Gymnasts will explore age-appropriate activities on floor, balance beam, bars, trampoline, and obstacle courses while developing listening skills, following directions, taking turns, and working with a coach. Little Twisters is a great next step for preschoolers who are ready for more structure while still keeping class playful, engaging, and fun. This is an independent class. IGM Parent & Tot GymnasticsGymnasticsParent & Tot Gymnastics (18 Months–3.5 Years) Our Parent & Tot Gymnastics class is designed for young children ages 18 months to 3.5 years to explore movement, build confidence, and develop early gymnastics skills with the support of a parent or caregiver. This parent-assisted, coach-led class introduces little ones to age-appropriate gymnastics activities including floor, balance beam, bars, trampoline, and obstacle courses. Children will work on balance, coordination, strength, flexibility, body awareness, and basic motor skills in a fun and encouraging environment. Parents will actively participate alongside their child while our coaches guide the class, provide instruction, and help create a positive first gymnastics experience. This is a parent-assisted class. No previous gymnastics experience is required.Fall 2026

During the Clinic your child will learn a variety of drills, stretches, exercises, and rotations of the skill to get them one step closer to perfecting that specific skill.
