Specifically, the students will acquire the situational awareness skills, preemptive tactics, escape maneuvers, verbal and non-verbal deterrents, physical force techniques, the effective use of self defense devices, and other counter attack proficiencies, in order to quickly end a dangerous encounter. Your inability to lose weight probably has more to do with hormone levels than anything else. Until imbalances are corrected, trying to lose weight will be like shoveling sand against the tide.
