Ages 7-12 Are you a creator of awesomeness? Join us for an ornament-making class designed especially for you! We will be using X-acto knives, wire cutters, and hot glue guns. All supplies are provided. This is a great chance to work independently and show off your creativity. Sign up with a friend or come meet some new ones as we craft together. Spring into fresh flavors with Kirsten in this live online cooking class. We’ll start by preparing a grain base and a protein and while those are cooking we’ll make a sauce and some fresh sides, then assemble everything to enjoy now OR pack separately for meal prep. Participants will receive an extensive handout along with the link to join prior to class. There will be ample time for questions during the session, and participants will receive a link to the recording afterwards so you can cook along at your convenience.

Players will be taught how to properly stickhandle, pass, shoot, & play defense in a fun & positive environment. Athletes should bring a water bottle. Sticks & pucks are provided.

Ages 3-5 DASH Sports Floor Hockey Tykes camps provide little athletes with an introductory hockey experience covering a broad range of skills training and skill-based games. Players will be taught how to properly stickhandle, pass, and shoot in a fun and positive environment. Athletes should bring a water bottle and wear athletic clothing & shoes. Sticks and pucks are provided. Parent participation is required for the 2-3yr old age group and recommended when needed for the 4+ year old age group.

Similar to Krumkake, Italian Pizzelle are cooked on stovetop using an iron, but they are flat with an anise flavor. Chewy almond Sandbakelse, are baked in small tins to a delicate golden-brown. Lastly, perfect the paper-thin, deep-fried Scandinavian delicacy, Rosettes. You’ll gain fantastic recipes and valuable tips and techniques to enhance your baking skills. Bring containers to safely take cookies home with you.

Prep along with Kirsten & Megan in your own kitchen to stock your freezer! As we all prep and assemble different entrees together we’ll talk about Meal Planning and make ahead tips & tricks. You’ll receive an extensive shopping list & recipe handout before class (with lots of substitutions for GF, DF, and meatless options) and after class a link to the recording for future reference.

Furoshiki is a square piece of fabric that has been used in Japan for centuries. It can substitute for wasteful wrapping paper and disposable plastic bags, among many other functions. Explore the amazing versatility of furoshiki and help the environment. Materials for practice in class provided. Optional: Students may purchase materials from the instructor after class.
