Blaze Cross Country - June 15-July 30Grades 6-12 Summer Running program is designed to build a base level of fitness to get athletes ready for the fall cross country season. We focus on aerobic endurance and fitness, core strength and flexibility, the importance of sleep and nutrition, and the value of being on a team. (Meet at Terrace Oaks East, 12650 Parc Dr, Burnsville, MN) Burnsville Best Running Camp - July 20-23Grades 5-9 Practice and learn from the best Burnsville has to offer. Former Blaze All-State Athletes, current college athletes, and Big Ten Champions will be on hand to help young runners learn what it takes to be the best at your sport. A focus on goal-setting, consistency, teamwork, and optimism will be preached in addition to workouts, games, and challenges each day. (Held at Pates Stadium at BHS) Take Both and Save!
