Wrestlers will be prepared for participating in competitions and moving up to the intermediate/advance class. Wrestlers must show proficiency and ability to concentrate and follow instructions during class. Take home strength and conditioning workouts are optional. We will offer the opportunity to wrestle at multiple tournaments primarily on Saturdays and Sundays with an occasional Friday evening tournament. Attending tournaments is optional. Wrestlers must show proficiency in certain techniques and abilities which will be judged by coaching staff. Wrestlers must be able to concentrate and follow instructions during practice. Wrestlers will be taught more advanced techniques in all aspects of wrestling and detail oriented instruction. While this class will be fun, it will be a more competitive environment. Take home strength and conditioning workouts are optional. We will offer the opportunity to wrestle at multiple tournaments primarily on Saturdays and Sundays with an occasional Friday evening tournament. Attending tournaments is optional. DASH Sports Pickleball camps provide participants with introductory experience of the game in a fun & positive atmosphere. Emphasis is on technique & game play. Key elements of serving, returning, volleys, overheads, & lobbing will be taught & practiced. Camp ends with games on the final day. Participants should wear athletic clothes & bring a water bottle.
