The Personalized Postural Alignment Workshop is designed to provide participants with a tailored exercise and movement plan aimed at correcting misalignment, alleviating pain , and improving posture. This program focuses on enhancing body awareness and proper alignment which can lead to improved breathing, digesting, circulation and overall, quality of life.
This workshop is ideal for individuals experiencing chronic pain in areas including the neck, back, shoulders, hips, knees, ankles and wrists.
The workshop is 1.5 hours and is held on the first session of the series. All other sessions are 50 minutes in length.
Bring a mat and towel to class.
Eileen Androff
Eileen Androff began her fitness career in 1980 as a group fitness instructor and was selected as a Minnesota Vikings Cheerleader from 1983 to 1986. She is NETA-certified in group fitness, with specialties in Stability Ball, Kickbox, and Pilates (matwork and reformer, beginner to advanced), as well as props like thera-bands, Pilates rings, and weighted balls.
Eileen’s expertise includes injury prevention, postural alignment assessment, and functional fitness. She has taught at the YMCA, Edina Community Center, Studio Time Out, and Richfield Community Center, offering a wide range of classes from strength training and aerobic dance to specialty workshops like mother-daughter yoga and postural alignment.
Her experience spans corporate fitness programs, virtual fitness content for Pure Wellness, and instructional YouTube videos. Today, she continues to teach functional fitness, Pilates, and yoga, with a focus on alignment and lifelong wellness.
