Crafting Wild Soda and Cookies
Family Class
Discover the wild flavors hiding in your own backyard! Join an EcoElsa naturalist for a hands-on foraging adventure designed just for families. This beginner-friendly class makes foraging fun and accessible for all ages—especially kids! You’ll learn how to safely identify edible wild plants, harvest them sustainably, and turn them into tasty treats like wild sodas and cookies. It's not just a walk in the woods—it’s a full-on skills class that leaves you with the know-how (and recipes!) to keep exploring and cooking with nature long after class ends.
This is a family class, so a parent should be prepared to stay during class with their child(ren); materials and treats will be supplied for those participants who are registered.
