Covid and Flu vaccinations (based on product availability) provided by Cub Pharmacy. 

RSV vaccinations available to those with proper insurance.  Patients must have Medicare Part D for RSV vaccination coverage. Flu and covid are covered under Part B.  Please bring your Medicare/ insurance information. No appointment necessary.
