IGM Gymnastics Girls Beginner

Girls Beginner Gymnastics (Ages 5–12)

 

Perfect for children who are new to gymnastics! Our Beginner Gymnastics class introduces athletes to the fundamental skills and techniques of the sport in a fun, positive, and encouraging environment.

 

Students will learn basic gymnastics skills on all Olympic events, including vault, bars, balance beam, and floor exercise, while also building strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, and confidence. Coaches focus on proper technique and safety while helping each gymnast progress at their own pace.

 

This class is designed to help children develop a strong foundation of gymnastics skills, improve body awareness, and gain confidence through movement—all while making new friends and having fun!

No previous gymnastics experience is required.
