Skill Clinics - Elite Gymnastics
Ages 5-17
EGA Skill Clinics provide a wonderful opportunity for those who desire to work toward attaining a specific skill. During the Clinic your child will learn a variety of drills, stretches, exercises, and rotations of the skill to get them one step closer to perfecting that specific skill.
Back Walkover/Back Handspring (prerequisites: back bend kickover, cartwheel, round-off, handstand - hold for 3 seconds): September 12, December 5
Flexibility, Leaps, Jumps, and Turns (prerequisites: must be 5-17): September 12
Aerials (prerequisites: cartwheel, round-off, handstand - hold for 3 seconds): October 10, December 5
Pullovers & Back Hip Circles: November 7, 12:15 pm
Handstand, Cartwheels, & Round-Offs: November 7, 1:30 pm
