A Better Goodbye - A Guide for Families Navigating Later-Life Transitions

A Better Goodbye helps families have the conversations that matter most as they navigate later-life transitions – from independence to care, from certainty to uncertainty, through the final chapters of life. This session teaches seniors and/or adult children who are or may be caregivers a conversation roadmap to address specific transition points and work through conflict in ways that bring families closer when it most counts.
