Winter-Spring 2026
No swimming skills necessary, easily adaptable to any fitness level. You'll get clear, concise instructions for each section of class: warm-up, strengthening/toning, aerobic, targeted arm work and cool-down. Focus on range of motion, resistance, and strength building. Optional: Bring 1-2 pound hand weights to increase your work out. Participants must be able to enter and exit the pool independently.

Aquatics instructor
Originally an Aqua Exercise participant, I’ve been instructing the class for almost 20 years! By taking the foundation of the original Aqua Exercise program, I’ve developed it into a class that allows the students to ‘make it their own’ by adapting the exercises to virtually any skill
level. By providing clear and concise instructions for each section of the class (warm-up, strengthening/toning, aerobic, targeted arm work, cool-down), the participants are continually moving the entire length of the class!
