During their weekly practice, our Rec Team will practice on real obstacles inspired by the TV show, such as warped walls, salmon ladders, tilting ladders, and so much more. Rec Team members will learn styles and techniques to develop their ninja skills with more than 40 different obstacles! DASH Sports Pickleball camps provide participants with introductory experience of the game in a fun & positive atmosphere. Emphasis is on technique & game play. Key elements of serving, returning, volleys, overheads, & lobbing will be taught & practiced. Camp ends with games on the final day. Participants should wear athletic clothes & bring a water bottle. Athletes will spend roughly 1.5 hours learning and practicing each sport per day. Key sports skills will be taught and practiced in all 3 sports including: dribbling, passing, shooting, defense, and more! Also included daily are fun games such as Dodgeball, Capture the Flag, Kickball, and more! Camp ends with games/scrimmages the final day for each sport, where athletes can showcase their skills.
