Ready to finally feel confident baking bread from scratch? In this Chef-led, hands-on Master Class, you’ll learn the essential skills and techniques to create beautiful, bakery-quality breads right in your own kitchen.

Together, we’ll make 3 foundational breads every home baker should know; a rustic artisan crusty loaf, soft fluffy dinner rolls, and classic sandwich bread. You’ll also enjoy a special demonstration of a stunning filled and braided Pane Bianco—perfect for entertaining or gifting.

Along the way, we’ll demystify bread baking by exploring different flours, hydration levels, and yeast types while breaking down key concepts like baker’s percentages and the science behind gluten development and yeast, and exploring the simple tools / pieces of equipment that can take your bread making to the next level. You’ll learn the difference between simple and enriched doughs, how to troubleshoot common mistakes, and how to adapt each dough to create a variety of breads and rolls.

Whether you’re brand new to bread making or looking to refine your skills, this class will give you the knowledge, confidence, and practical experience to succeed. Registrants will receive an all-inclusive, comprehensive recipe and information packet (PDF) to continue practicing and building their personal bread making skills at home.

Equipment: Stand mixer with dough hook attachment. Additional information will be included in the ingredient list / prep packet.
