Cupcakes in Bloom
Age 18+ Looking for a fresh take on giving flowers to someone special? In this class, you’ll create a beautiful edible bouquet made from decorated cupcakes. You’ll prepare the batter, bake and decorate 10 cupcakes, then turn them into a floral arrangement. Students should be familiar with holding and using a decorating bag. A box will be provided to take your finished creation home.
A supply fee of $17 per student is payable to the instructor in class.

Nancy Burgeson, a skilled and knowledgeable instructor, has 45 years’ experience baking and teaching. She is periodically featured on Twin Cities Live, KSTP Channel 5, and has won numerous awards at county and state fairs.
