Creamy Chicken & Wild-Rice Soup, Classic Chili & Homemade Italian Bread Bowls Online via Zoom
Warm, comforting and delicious—what could be better on a chilly day than a bowl of homemade soup or chili served inside a freshly baked Italian bread bowl? In this cozy cook-along, you’ll learn to make two of Chef Tess’ favorite comfort food recipes: her classic Minnesota-style Creamy Chicken & Wild Rice Soup and Hearty Classic Chili, along with soft delicious Italian bread bowls baked from scratch. Choose one recipe to cook along with, and watch a demonstration of the other; or make both! Both recipes will include instructions for the multi-cooker (any brand), as well as the stovetop, so you can use the cooking method that woks best for you. Helpful tips and tricks for getting the most from your multi-cooker will also be shared. These tried and true recipes are easy to follow, wonderfully satisfying and are sure to become family favorites!
Equipment Needs: Electric multi-cooker such as an Instant Pot® (optional), heavy bottom soup pot, a stand-mixer and dough hook are also recommended for the making of the bread bowls. If stand mixer is not available, dough can be made by hand. More info will be provided in the ingredient list packet.
