You’ll bring everything together to create a vibrant, flavor-packed Banh Mi that is both approachable and delicious. Prefer to keep it simple? You can also bring your favorite bakery baguettes and focus on creating the fillings, pickles and spread before assembling your sandwich. Either way, you’ll leave with the skills and inspiration to make fantastic Banh Mi at home.

Equipment Needs: Stand-mixer with dough hook attachment highly recommended for the bread. More info will be included in the ingredient list packet.
