Tikka Marsala & Homemade Garlic Naan Online via Zoom
Prepare to fill your kitchen with warm, irresistible aromas of Indian-inspired cooking! In this hands-on cook along, participants will create the instructor’s version of Tikka Masala completely from scratch, beginning with tender chicken marinated in yogurt and a fragrant blend of warm spices. The chicken is then cooked to perfection and nestled in a luscious flavorful, scratch-made Tikka Masala sauce. To complete the meal, participants will also make soft, pillowy Homemade Naan and finish it with fragrant garlic butter and fresh herbs. Perfect for tearing, dipping, and soaking up every last bit of that wonderful sauce, the naan may just become your favorite part of the meal! From the aromatic spices to the rich, creamy sauce and freshly made naan, this is a cozy comforting and flavorful meal that you will be excited to make again and again!
Equipment Needs: Stand mixer with dough hook attachment is recommended for the naan. If a stand mixer is not available, dough can be made by hand. More info will be provided in the ingredient list packet.
