A Valentine Feast Online via Zoom
This Valentine’s Day, skip the restaurant crowds and create a beautiful Italian-Inspired dinner together made together in your own kitchen. With St. Valentine himself said to have been Roman, and Italian-Inspired feast seems like a fitting way to celebrate! Join Chef Tess for a delicious Valentine’s cook along, featuring her lighter take on Chicken Parmesan, with tender chicken that is lightly pan-fried and finished in the oven, rather than deep-fried; with homemade marinara and perfectly melted, lightly toasted cheese. A topping of Chef Tess’ personal bruschetta salad will add a bright “touch of love” to the finished chicken. We’ll also make Chef Tess’ signature gourmet garlic rolls, and choose your favorite pasta to complete the meal. For dessert, enjoy a demonstration of Chef Tess’ take on Cannoli, using phyllo to create the tubes or cups, and filled with creamy homemade cannoli filling. Perfect for a romantic date night, a special family dinner, or anyone who loves cooking and celebrating with good food.
Equipment Needs: Stand-mixer with dough hook attachment highly recommended for the garlic rolls. More info will be included in the ingredient list packet.
