A Bowlful of Comfort: Greek Chicken Orzo Avgolemono Soup, Zuppa Toscana & French Bread Online via Zoom
Nothing expresses the cozy comfort of home more than a soothing delicious bowl of homemade soup and a beautiful loaf of freshly baked bread. Step into the soothing world of soulful soups and gourmet French bread in this elegant, cook-along experience with Chef Tess. On the Menu: Tess’ version of the Greek Chicken Orzo Avgolemono soup, featuring tender chicken, orzo, and a silky lemon-egg finish—true comfort from Tess’ childhood. Participants will also learn to make Tess’ delicious copycat version of the popular Zuppa Toscana and a beautiful, almost decorative, loaf of gourmet French bread from scratch—perfect for dipping, savoring and sharing alongside either soup. Choose one soup to cook-along with while the other is demonstrated or make both: A cozy and delicious way to enjoy soup season while adding two wonderful recipes to your repertoire. Whether you’re looking to expand your soup repertoire or bring a touch of sophistication to your comfort food, this class blends heart and elegance in every spoonful.
Equipment Needs: Stand-mixer with dough hook attachment highly recommended for the bread. More info will be included in the ingredient list packet.
